Our menu is updated frequently, based upon produce in season, quality of produce at the markets and the Chef's inspiration. We can adapt a unique menu for diners based on their specific requirements, dietary needs and likes and dislikes. Our menu and pricing is subject to change without notice. 

Chefs Table Menu (Sample)

10 courses, allowing diners to enjoy the greatest variety of Chef Adam's menu

  • Zucchini flowers filled with ricotta, sundried tomato, fig & preserved lemon, with a capsicum cream sauce

  • Scallops served with a lemon gel, radish, spiced mayo on an orange & ginger sauce                       

  • Fish of the day served with snow peas, beurre blanc sauce, lemon gel, wakami, cauliflower puree, pickled ginger & fish crackling

  • Pumpkin risotto, with spinach & char-grilled vegetables

  • Slow cooked black garlic & rosemary pork belly, with sweet potato puree, Asparagus, gourmet tomatoes, smoked jus

  • Palette cleanser

  • Mango granita, mixed berries, butter milk foam, lime fizz

  • Salted caramel cheesecake with caramel sauce, vanilla ice cream, tuille biscuit & caramel popcorn
